The Lower Bracket goes beneath the basebar on a Bayonet 3 handlebar system and clamps to the Bayonet 3 Upper Bracket (sold separately).These brackets serve as the base for the risers used to hold up the aero bars of the system.Bolts not included.Compatible with the Bayonet 3 basebar or any bar with a 31.8 clamp diameter.
