ABOUT OUR BIKE BOX HIRE
If you are going on a cycling holiday or have a race abroad and want to take your own bike, a good quality bike box is the best option to keep your bike in perfect condition. Storing a large bike box at home might not be ideal. Our bike box hire service allows you access to quality bike boxes for a fraction of the cost.

The cost per week is £50 or £60 (and £25 or £30 for each week after that depending on which box you book). Book early to avoid disappointment and then collect from the shop and we can show you how to pack your bike correctly.

Hire Terms and Conditions
- It is your responsibility to insurance the box and its contents.
- If the box or its contents are damaged in transit, it must be reported to the appropriate authorities within the airport baggage collection hall, so that a claim can be made. You must claim on your insurance to make any repairs or cover any losses.
- All accessories must be returned. You will be charged for any items missing upon return.
- Please do not deface or mark the box with any permanent markers or stickers.
- Use a TSA (Transportation Security Authority) approved lock. These are recognised internationally by most security services and permit authorities to inspect your luggage and contents without cutting open or damaging the box to gain access.
